Shipping & Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please choose your items carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges if you changed your mind.
We will exchange or refund any faulty goods. Goods can only be accepted for the refund if they are faulty or damaged, in the original condition and are sent back to us within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase date.
 
Items will be replaced with the same items originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued. We will not refund or exchange goods that were damaged by the customer. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 14 days.
 
Please contact us at contact@easterdecor.com.au if your goods are defective for confirmation and return address details.

 
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
 
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. 
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment we reserve the right to not accept your order.

Please note that the true colours of some of the products may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to get your order dispatched as soon as possible. All orders are processed by us within 48 hours of the receipt. 

During a week before Easter we dispatch orders within 1 business day. Announcements on the orders dispatched and processed are published on our homepage.

Please choose Express Post option to be sure that you get the postage before Easter.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Although most items will usually be delivered to you within 3 to 6 working days after the dispatch, please allow 7-8 days for the items to arrive within Australia. All delivery times are indicative only.

For international delivery time varies depending on destination country and could take about 2-3 weeks.

 
Please note that Australia Post does NOT operate on weekends or public holidays.
 
If you have not received your order within the stated or reasonable time frame please contact us at contact@easterdecor.com.au, and we will respond to your query within 48 business hours.
 
 
CONDITIONS FOR ORDER DISPATCH

All items must have been paid for in full before shipment. 

We must have the correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact phone number.

Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and we will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.

 

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

On dispatch of your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

We use Australia Post for our deliveries within Australia and worldwide. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do international delivery to most of the countries.
