DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. Usually your order will be processed by us within 48 hours of receipt.

During a week before Easter we dispatch orders within 1 business day. If you place an order before 2pm, it will be shipped on the same day.

Please choose Express Post option to be sure that you get the postage before Easter.
 
DELIVERY TIMES
Although most items will usually be delivered to you within 3 to 6 working days after their dispatch, please allow 7-8 days after dispatch for the items to arrive within Australia. All delivery times are indicative only.

For international delivery time varies depending on destination country and could take about 2-3 weeks.

 
Please note that Australia Post does NOT operate on weekends or public holidays.
 
If you have not received your order within the stated or reasonable time frame please contact us at contact@easterdecor.com.au, and we will respond to your query within 48 business hours.
 
CONDITIONS FOR ORDER DISPATCH
All items must have been paid for in full before we will arrange shipment to you. 
We must have the correct and complete address, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact phone number.
 
Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and we will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION
On dispatch of your items, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

DELIVERY METHOD
We use Australia Post for our deliveries within Australia and worldwide. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do international delivery to the most of the countries.

All amounts listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment can be made using PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All credit card payments are currently processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

All credit card information goes through PayPal’s secure servers. Payments are made using SSL and your personal details are encrypted. 
We do not store any credit card details on our servers, nor do we see your credit card details.

 
Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. 
 
By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. 

FINAL CHECKOUT STEP
Please make sure that you clicked "Complete Your Order" button on Easter Decor website after returning from your PayPayl payment page. It is PayPal requirements for confirmation orders.

If the order is placed successfully you will receive a confirmation email soon.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation of payment. 
If we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment we reserve the right not to accept your order.
